Fish & Chips has been our family tradition since 1966. For over 50 years, three generations of the family have taken pride in serving award-winning fish and chips to our local community. By sourcing the most sustainable locally produced fish and potatoes, our greatest joy is serving the second, third, and fourth generation of customers Mr Papas served himself.

In 2017 we traveled with Papa's Fish & Chips to the Arctic Circle to visit their suppliers and film a sourcing video for their website and social media. We met and interviewed the fishermen/women who catch their fish, and the various crew involved.

This was part of a campaign to promote quality ingredients used within the business.
